Massage Therapy

Swedish massage: Most common and best-known type of massage. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, among other health benefits. Sports Massage: Stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Trigger Point Therapy: Specifically designed to alleviate the source of pain through of isolated pressure. Myofascial Massage: Safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves gentle sustain compression in the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and facilitate release of the fascia. Soft and Deep tissue Massage: Soft tissue techniques help alleviate aches, pains and injuries that are attributed to your body’s soft tissues. Deep tissue techniques are more intense and focused types of massage where we would work to release chronic muscle tension or adhesions.

Stretching

Increased Flexibility and Joint Range of Motion Flexible muscles improve your everyday function as well as athletic performance. Tasks such as lifting packages, bending to tie your shoes, or hurrying to catch a bus become easier and less tiring when you have a good range of motion in your joints. Flexibility tends to diminish as you get older, but you can regain and maintain it with regular stretching exercises. Improved Circulation Stretching increases circulation (blood flow) to your muscles. Blood flowing to your muscles brings nourishment and gets rid of waste byproducts in the muscle tissue. Improved circulation can help shorten your recovery time if you've had any muscle injuries. Better Posture: Frequent stretching can help keep your muscles from getting tight, allowing you to maintain proper posture. Good posture can minimize discomfort and keep aches and pains at a minimum. Stretching right after exercise doesn't seem to prevent delayed-onset muscle soreness, but regular stretching in the days after a tough workout can reduce muscle stiffness, joint stiffness, too, is alleviated by regular flexibility exercises to improve range of motion.

Training yourself to regular exercise is a hard habit to start & keep up with But with Anderson is just the guy to keep you going. And most importantly he knows what to have you do so you properly strengthen that particular muscle and why its important. All this coupled with the fact that he is truly a great guy & really cares about your well being.

He’s knowledgeable, personable as well as full of positive energy, wether he’s working with my 86 year old mother in law to improve her mobility or teaching someone the right stretches to speed up recovery after an injury or to keep the muscles flexible, strong and healthy.

He’s truly a great trainer and massage therapist which explains why he had been recommended to me & why i too have referred him.
